please find attached the announcement and forms for the Hellmut Seibt Memorial 2016, which will take place from February 24-27th 2016 in Vienna, Austria.
It will be conducted as Interclub Competition for Chicks, Cubs and Basic Novice A girls and boys and as International Competition for Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior Ladies and Men and Senior Pairs.
